Ingredients:
- 1-2 heads of broccoli or cauliflower
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Super Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2x 1 teaspoon lemon juice (about 1 lemon’s worth)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Chop heads of broccoli or cauliflower into florets
- In a large bowl, toss veggies with olive oil, Super Salt, pepper, and half the lemon juice
- Spread out evenly on a large baking sheet
- Bake 15-20 minutes, until the stems are tender enough to pierce with a fork
- Add other half of the lemon juice, top with more Super Salt if desired
What to Expect
